Tells: Oft-cracked, dingy olive-brown cap ages to yellow-brown. Yellow pores age dingy & bruise blue. Pale buff cap flesh stains blue. Yellow-brown stem w/brown spots.
Other Information: A small (cap <2″) mushroom described as “inconspicuous” and “easy to overlook.” This link goes to a black and white photo in the University of Michigan archives.
