Other Information: Oft-uneven red cap fades toward brown, bruises slow blue. Red over yellow stem w/red in extensive streaks. Golden yellow mycelium. The so-called “common name” is from me, to make ID easier.

Science Notes: The name means “from the Antilles,” a reference to the Caribbean islands where this was first described.
